More than a list of exercises
A useful session needs structure, volume and progression. Your coach decides which movement patterns to train, how to spread them through the week and what difficulty fits. The app presents instructions and video where a visual technique reference is useful.
Built around your equipment
You can train with minimal equipment or use a full gym. Exercise selection accounts for that context, so your plan is not filled with movements you cannot perform. Where a reasonable alternative exists, the session can be adapted.
Unilateral work, bilateral work and supersets
The plan supports exercises performed with both limbs together or separately, along with supersets and circuits. This makes repetitions, rest and training structure clearer instead of hiding complex sessions inside ambiguous notes.
Fitness that works alongside running
If you also run, strength and conditioning are scheduled alongside running to manage load. If general fitness is the priority, the plan can emphasise strength, mobility or cardiovascular capacity according to your objective.
Progress that informs decisions
Completed sessions, perceived effort and comments help distinguish a plan that looks good from one you can actually sustain. Adherence and feedback give the coach useful context for later weeks.
