Running and fitness

Your online personal trainer.
Running and fitness.

Every training week is uploaded by an expert coach who looks at your level, your goal and the days you can genuinely train. Running and strength work, in the same plan. What you'd get training with someone in person, for a fraction of the cost.

Not a workout app. A coach.

The difference is who writes your week.

A person, not an algorithm

Workout apps hand you a template and fill it with whatever they have. Here an expert coach looks at your case and uploads your week. Tell them your knee is complaining and next week changes.

Running and strength, one plan

It isn't only running. Strength work is built into the same week, with its exercises and videos, because that's what makes you run better and get injured less. One plan, not two apps.

Price is the only difference

Training with someone in person costs what each session costs. Here you pay a monthly subscription and get the same judgement behind you, every week of the month.

How it works

Three steps, and after that all you have to do is train.

01

Tell us who you are

Your level, your goal, and how many days a week you can genuinely train. No flattery: the plan is built on what you can sustain, not on what you wish you could.

02

Get your week

An expert coach uploads the whole week — running and strength — each session with its exercises, estimated minutes, and video where the technique matters.

03

Train and report back

Mark the session done, rate how hard it felt from 1 to 10, and leave a comment if something didn't work. That's what shapes next week.

What's inside

Not much, and all of it useful. A training app shouldn't need a tutorial.

Days, not dates

Day 1, Day 2, Day 3… Miss a Tuesday and you don't drag a red mark through the rest of the week. You pick up where you left off.

Video on the exercises

When technique matters, there's video. It plays inside the app, no hunting elsewhere mid-set.

Perceived effort

One number from 1 to 10 after each session. It's the simplest and most useful signal your coach can have about how you're actually doing.

Honest progress

Sessions done this month, your adherence percentage, and the week at a glance. No charts that mean nothing.

Alerts, not noise

We ping you when there's a new session and on the day you're due to train. That's it.

A person behind it

Plans are written and reviewed by your coach. Leave a comment and someone reads it.

Frequently asked

Is this only for running?

No. It's running and fitness. Strength work sits inside the same plan, not in a separate app, because running better and getting injured less depends on it. If you're here mainly for the strength side, that works too.

Why is it cheaper than a personal trainer?

Because you're not paying for their time in the room. The judgement is the same — an expert coach writes and reviews your week — but nobody is standing next to you counting reps. What you lose is live correction; what you gain is a plan every week of the month for what a single session costs.

Do I need running experience?

No. The plan adapts to your level, and that includes starting from zero. What you do need is to be honest when you set up your profile: if you say five days a week and it's really two, the plan won't serve you.

What does it cost?

It's a monthly subscription. You can cancel any time from the store itself — Google Play or App Store — and you keep access until the period you've already paid for ends.

What equipment do I need?

For the running, shoes. The strength work is designed around minimal equipment; when a specific exercise needs something, you'll see it in the session before you start.

What if I skip a day?

Nothing happens. Sessions are numbered by day, not tied to calendar dates. Can't train Tuesday? You resume where you left off. The adherence figure in Progress is information for you and your coach, not a punishment.

Can I talk to my coach?

Yes, through the comments you leave when you finish a session. That's where you say your knee hurt or the intervals felt too easy, and that's what gets used to adjust what comes next.

What if I get injured?

Stop, and tell your coach in the session comment. This is a training plan, not medical care: if there's pain beyond normal training effort, the person who needs to see you is a healthcare professional.

Does it work on iPhone and Android?

Yes, both. Same app, same account: change phones and your progress is still there.

What do you do with my data?

Only what the app needs: your training profile, what you mark as done, and your subscription status. We don't sell data to anyone. It's all spelled out, without small print, in the privacy policy.
